This measure consists of granting financial support by the Institute for Employment and Vocational Training (IEFP, I.P.), and includes the following modalities:<br \/>\na) +Talent Internship Measure;<br \/>\nb) Talent Employment + Measure;<br \/>\nThe +Talent Internship Measure consists of supporting the integration into the labor market of unemployed young people aged 35 or younger, with a qualification equal to or higher than level 6 of the National Qualifications Framework (QNQ), through the development of practical experience in a work context.<br \/>\nIn turn, the +Talent Employment Measure consists of granting financial support to the Promoting Entity for entering into permanent employment contracts with unemployed young people aged 35 or younger, and with a qualification equal to or higher than level 6 of the National Qualifications Framework (QNQ).<br \/>\nThe support to be granted for the development of the \"+Talent\" Program measures takes the following modalities:<br \/>\na) Financial contribution for the internship allowance, meal, transportation, and work accident insurance for the intern (in the +Talent Internship Measure);<br \/>\nb) Financial support for hiring (in the +Talent Employment Measure);<br \/>\nThe Decree No. 2021\/2024\/1, of September 23, enters into force the day after its publication, that is, on September 24, 2024.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-14244\" src=\"https:\/\/amartins.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Capturar-dtss-300x60.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"60\" \/><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Foi publicada a Portaria n.\u00ba 221\/2024\/1, de 23 de setembro, que cria e regula a Medida \u201c+ Talento\u201d, que consiste na concess\u00e3o de apoios financeiros pelo Instituto do Emprego e da Forma\u00e7\u00e3o Profissional, I.P.
