This measure consists of granting financial support to the Employer for entering into a permanent, full-time employment contract with an unemployed person registered with the Institute for Employment and Vocational Training (IEFP, I.P.).<br \/>\nIn fact, under the \u201c+ Employment\u201d Measure, the Employer is entitled to financial support for hiring, corresponding to 12 times the value of the Social Support Index (IAS);<br \/>\nThe financial support mentioned in the previous paragraph can be increased by 35% in the case of hiring a person with a disability and incapacity; a young person up to 35 years old, inclusive; a long-term unemployed person; a person from the underrepresented gender in a specific profession, according to a list published by the IEFP, I.P.; or when the job is located in an inland area.<br \/>\nThe Decree No. 2020\/2024\/1, of September 23, enters into force the day after its publication, that is, on September 24, 2024.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-14244\" src=\"https:\/\/amartins.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Capturar-dtss-300x60.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"60\" \/><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Foi publicada a Portaria n.\u00ba 220\/2024\/1, de 23 de setembro, que cria e regula a Medida \u201c+ Emprego\u201d, que consiste na concess\u00e3o, \u00e0 Entidade Empregadora, de um apoio financeiro \u00e0 celebra\u00e7\u00e3o de contrato de trabalho sem termo, e a tempo completo, com desempregado inscrito no Instituto do Emprego e da Forma\u00e7\u00e3o Profissional, I.P.
