Portaria No. 10\/2025\/1, dated January 14, was published, defining the rules for authentication, security, control, usage, and operation of the Digital Services Area of the Courts.<br \/>\n2. This is the regulation of Decree-Law No. 87\/2024, of November 7, which regulates the electronic citation and notification of individuals and legal entities.<\/p>\n<p>3. Access to the restricted digital area, where citations, notifications, and other communications provided in the previous article are made available, is done through the electronic address https:\/\/tribunais.org.pt.<br \/>\n4. During authentication, the user identifies themselves as a citizen or as a representative of a private or public law legal entity. In this case, they must have previously obtained business attributes within the Professional Attribute Certification System.<\/p>\n<p>5. In the reserved area, a list of all citations, notifications, and communications received by the individual or legal entity is displayed, with those that have not yet been viewed visually highlighted.<br \/>\n6.
