Now in its 2nd edition, this work by Susana Amaral Ramos, *Business Recovery \u2013 Annotated Legal Regimes*, presents a comprehensive and updated approach to the subject.<\/p>\n

The revision of the Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Code, particularly regarding the Special Revitalisation Process (PER), and the extension of the Extraordinary Business Viability Process (PEVE) serve as the impetus for this second edition.
