1. Portaria No. 10/2025/1, dated January 14, was published, defining the rules for authentication, security, control, usage, and operation of the Digital Services Area of the Courts.
2. This is the regulation of Decree-Law No. 87/2024, of November 7, which regulates the electronic citation and notification of individuals and legal entities.
3. Access to the restricted digital area, where citations, notifications, and other communications provided in the previous article are made available, is done through the electronic address https://tribunais.org.pt.
4. During authentication, the user identifies themselves as a citizen or as a representative of a private or public law legal entity. In this case, they must have previously obtained business attributes within the Professional Attribute Certification System.
5. In the reserved area, a list of all citations, notifications, and communications received by the individual or legal entity is displayed, with those that have not yet been viewed visually highlighted.
6. The date and time recorded by the Digital Services Area of the Courts as the consultation corresponds to the moment when the user executes the "Consult" function, regardless of whether the respective documentation is actually downloaded.
