The revision of the Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Code, particularly regarding the Special Revitalisation Process (PER), and the extension of the Extraordinary Business Viability Process (PEVE) serve as the impetus for this second edition. From its inception, this work aimed to bring together the various legal frameworks designed for companies in difficulty and for their restructuring and recovery.
